For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Karsaaz EBS Ltd acts as the Data Controller for personal data processed in connection with the Karsaaz Agent service.
Payments and subscription billing are processed separately by Karsaaz EBS Technology Solutions FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, acting solely as the Merchant of Record. The UAE entity does not control product data processing decisions.
How Voice Data Is Handled
Purpose-limited processing
Voice messages sent to Karsaaz Agent are processed only to deliver requested outputs, which may include:
- Voice reply responses
- Text transcription
- Bullet summaries
Voice data is processed transiently and is not retained beyond what is technically required to deliver these outputs, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system integrity purposes.
Sub-Processors Disclosure
To provide Karsaaz Agent, we rely on trusted third-party service providers (“Sub- Processors”) to support infrastructure, messaging delivery, payments, and AI processing.
Our current Sub-Processors may include:

Voice Replies & Plan Scope
Voice reply responses:
- Are delivered within the user’s available usage limits
- Are generated only when requested
- May offer different voice styles (such as male or female) where supported
Voice replies are not generated automatically without user interaction.
AI-generated outputs are created using automated processing systems and may not involve human review.
Account & Data Control
Users have control over their account and usage, including:
- Account management options
- Visibility into usage limits through the chat
- The ability to request account deletion
When an account is deleted, access to associated services is removed according to system and platform requirements.
Karsaaz Agent does not provide a saved transcript repository or user-managed conversation history.
