By purchasing or using Karsaaz Agent, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Overview

Karsaaz Agent is a digital, usage-based SaaS product. Subscriptions provide access to AI features that consume processing resources immediately when used.

For this reason:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds are not automatic
  • Any refund consideration is limited, conditional, and discretionary

This approach follows standard practices used across AI and SaaS platforms.

2. Free Trial

Karsaaz Agent offers a free trial measured by processed audio time.

  • The free trial includes a limited number of minutes
  • Voice replies, text transcription, and summaries are included within trial limits
  • Referral bonuses may add additional free minutes

Free trial usage is provided for evaluation purposes and is not eligible for refunds.

3. Paid Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Usage limits, audio length limits, and plan features vary by subscription tier.
  • Users are responsible for managing their subscription and cancellation settings.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.

4. Usage-Based Services and Minutes

Karsaaz Agent operates on a usage-based model where usage is measured by the length of processed audio.

Any AI minutes, credits, or usage that have been consumed are non-refundable.

Once audio is processed, the service is considered delivered and related infrastructure and processing costs are incurred.

5. Auto-Renewals and Refund Requests

If a subscription renews automatically and a refund is requested:

  • Refund requests are reviewed only if submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Less than 10% of the plan’s included minutes for the current billing period have been consumed.
  • Requests submitted after this window are not eligible for refund consideration.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal does not guarantee a refund.

6. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within the allowed post-renewal window
  • The subscription has not been materially used after renewal
  • AI minutes remain unused or usage is negligible
  • The request is not based solely on a change of mind

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund.

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Karsaaz Agent.

Refunds are considered only in cases of verified billing errors, technical failures that prevent service delivery, or incorrect charge calculations.

7. Partial Usage and Partial Refunds

If any AI minutes are used before submitting a refund request:

  • The value of consumed usage is non-refundable
  • Any approved refund will exclude used minutes
  • In some cases, service credits may be offered instead of a cash refund

8. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Used or partially used AI minutes
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
  • Free trial usage or referral bonus minutes
  • Promotional or discounted plans (where disclosed)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to misuse or policy violations

9. Billing Errors

If a charge occurs due to a verified billing or technical error, Karsaaz Agent may correct the charge or issue a refund where appropriate.

10. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds, if any, are issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card, wallet, account, or payment method.

  • This Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection and payment regulations.
  • Refunds may be issued where required by applicable law.
  • Karsaaz Agent reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
