We design our systems to limit unnecessary storage, reduce exposure, and protect data during processing and transmission.
How Voice Data Is Processed
Voice messages sent to Karsaaz Agent are processed only when a user requests an output.
Processing may include:
- Voice reply generation
- Text transcription
- Bullet summaries
Voice data is handled transiently and is not stored as conversation history or user-managed archives.

Secure System Design

- Messaging platform infrastructure (WhatsApp, Telegram)
- AI processing services
- Payment processing (Stripe)
These providers process data only under defined service agreements and security obligations.

Karsaaz Agent does not provide a saved transcript or conversation history feature. Outputs are delivered in chat when requested.
