The service provides:

Availability and usage limits vary by plan.

Karsaaz Agent operates entirely within supported messaging platforms and does not require installing a separate app.

By using Karsaaz Agent, you confirm that:

• You meet applicable age requirements
• You are authorized to use the connected messaging platform

Your account is associated with your messaging platform identity.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity performed through your use of the service

Karsaaz Agent may limit or suspend access in cases of misuse or violations.

Karsaaz Agent offers a free trial measured by processed audio time.

Free trial details:

• Includes voice replies, transcription, and summaries (within limits)
• Usage limits apply
• Referral bonuses may add additional minutes

Free trial availability may change at any time.

Karsaaz Agent offers both free and paid usage options. Core features, including voice reply responses, voice-to-text transcription, and AI-generated summaries, are available across plans. Usage limits, audio length allowances, and processing limits vary depending on the selected plan.

Paid plans are usage-based and measured by processed audio time. Plan details, pricing, and included limits are displayed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing & Payments

Paid subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or temporarily paused until payment is successfully completed. Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Merchant of Record & Billing Entity

Paid subscriptions are billed by Karsaaz EBS Technology Solutions FZCO (United Arab Emirates), acting as Merchant of Record. Billing details are provided during checkout and on official invoices.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact us first at [email protected] to allow us to review the issue. Payment disputes or chargebacks may be handled through the relevant payment provider. We may request reasonable information to investigate and resolve billing-related matters.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Transmit harmful or abusive content
• Interfere with service operation
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the system

Voice messages are processed only to deliver requested outputs such as voice replies, transcription, and summaries.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee:

• Fitness for specific purposes

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karsaaz Agent is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Issues arising from reliance on outputs

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or misuse.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
